About the Position

The ideal candidate should have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They will be responsible for prospecting mid-level managers and executives of Enterprise organizations, qualifying their strategic and commercial objectives, communicating our value proposition, and driving interest and adoption of our industry-leading AI solution. The candidate should be confident in building new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones. To develop leads, the candidate will need to conduct research, reach out to prospects, and engage in discussions to create qualified sales opportunities.


What You Will Do

  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities

  • Strategize with Executive Team on specific target accounts and uniquely approach the personalized outreach

  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, outbound phone calls and other forms of communication

  • Engage executives in target prospect accounts to understand business operations and goals to orchestrate discussions

  • Collaborate with product development team to provide feedback and suggestion for improving Beehive AI

  • Leverage CRM tools to prospect into targeted vertical account

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development for enterprise accounts for a SaaS product with a proven track record of achieving quota

  • Strong understanding of SDR and sales lead generation development best practices and procedures

  • Proficiency with core sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc., and the ability to learn new tools as needed

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Thrive in a fast, startup environment

  • High energy and positive attitude
