The Role

The Enterprise Sales Development Representative (ESDR) will lead all prospecting efforts within their assigned territory. This includes identifying prospects at target accounts, generating leads via prospecting, leveraging sales tools/technologies to build and automate prospecting campaigns, and supporting the Enterprise Account Executive in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The ESDR is expected to achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas established by the Head of Sales.

  • Generate new leads and leverage existing leads provided by Beehive AI through networking and prospecting.

  • Prospect, educate, and schedule qualified prospect meetings for your assigned EAE.

  • Leverage sales technologies to identify and prospect to your target accounts/territories.

  • Manage both targeted and automated prospecting campaigns via Beehive AI’s sales technologies.

  • Align Beehive AI’s solutions with the prospects' needs and objectives.

  • Partner with your EAE to schedule initial meetings with prospects.

  • Learn and maintain an expert understanding of Beehive AI’s platform value and capabilities.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to defend Beehive AI’s differentiators.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in Beehive AI’s CRM.

  • Provide accurate and timely updates on lead gen activity.

  • Meet or exceed set quotas.

About you:
  • At least 2 years of SaaS (or other relevant) sales experience

  • Hold a current Drivers License

  • Experience in having a value-based conversations with VP and C-Suite executives

  • High level of empathy and work well with cross-functional teams

  • Willing to lead in your role and use creative problem solving

  • Focused on growing their career in SaaS Sales

  • Ability to partner closely with your EAE

Bonus points for:
  • Have experience speaking to Marketing, Product, or CMO, CRO, and CPO roles.

  • Experience working with a startup.

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM, Marketing, & Sales solutions.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
